Stacy Moutafis is a fitness and nutrition expert, training coach, speaker and author. Stacy Moutafis is certified by the International Sports Science Association as a fitness therapist, personal trainer, sports nutrition consultant, and New York State Strength & Conditioning Coach.

With nearly two decades of experience, Moutafis works with a wide-range of clients including brides-to-be, fitness competitors, athletes, and those wanting to lead healthier lives. By building fitness and nutrition programs tailored to each individual’s needs, Moutafis helps clients reach their weight, fitness, and health goals.

Stacy offers personal training, group training, yoga instruction, nutrition consultations, stage walking and posing for pageants, fitness/figure, and bikini competitions, bride-to-be training and nutrition programs, and additional personal and specialized packages.

I lost 30 pounds on her program and my doctor took me off of the diabetes medications.

“Hi, my name is Salley. Before I met Stacy, I tried every diet possible. I would lose weight then within weeks, I’d gain it all back again. Years ago when my mom and dad passed away, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Adult Onset Diabetes. I was very unhappy. My weight was at an all time high.

I started to have a few sessions with Stacy. Stacy didn’t give me a “quick-fix”, instead she introduced me to a new healthy life style! She taught my family and I how to eat and exercise sensibly! I lost 30 pounds on her program and my doctor took me off of the diabetes medications. I am never hungry. I understand the reason why Stacy has me eating certain foods. I am so motivated now because I have Stacy cheering me on. She is encouraging me to keep the weight off. I just have ten more pounds to lose. Stacy will be sure to guide me to the finish line.”

“My name is Jennifer Ronca and I want to share how Stacy has truly changed my life in as little as 6 weeks! I had lost over 70 lbs 3 years ago by doing endless hours of cardio classes and eating a low calorie, carb free, restrictive diet and was even featured in SHAPE magazine for my transformation but what I couldn’t understand was that “it just wasn’t working anymore.” 10 lbs had slowly crept back and when I looked in the mirror all I saw was a women with little muscle tone who was eating very little and working out just way too much.

I decided to reach out to Stacy in November 2014 and realized that with her expert knowledge and my determination and drive that anything is possible. I have lost 15 lbs and 8% bodyfat in as little as 6 weeks. I am continuing to learn how to eat to fuel a lean and healthy body. I am no longer exhausted from endless hours of cardio classes but yet I am refreshed and rejuvenated after leaving my 5am cardio regimen designed by Stacy. I also train with Stacy twice a week doing a weight lifting design that fits my fitness goals. I have recently changed my goals from becoming a “leaner me” to becoming a fitness model. YES, I do feel that anything is possible with Stacy’s amazing knowledge on meal planning, fitness and overall heath! It truly is all up to the person putting forth her expertise! “My name is Traci Smith Im 29 years old I have been into fitness since I was about 15 years old. When I moved to Center Moriches area I joined a gym Wandas Weight Room Plus after meet new people I became friends with Stacy Moutafis who was always willing to take out and extra 5 min an offer me free advice I always looked at her an was like Wow I want her body! Well in 2013 She made that happen for me . It was June 2013 when I called Stacy and asked to sit down with her and use her service on nutrition and strength training. Within 30 days I saw dramatic results so what did that do for me pushed me and made me want more. She asked me if I ever wanted to do a show never pressuring me but i guess she saw something i didn’t at the time so me being a dare devil said Sure why not what involved she said hard work and dedication I remember taking a few moment looking at her stage pictures and saying “make my body look like her and she had a deal” I worked with stacy to train for my first NPC show Nov 2013 and I went from 121 pds 22% bf to 108 pds and 5.4% bf the results were incredible and i couldn’t believe Nov 16 2013 when i got on stage coming in 3 rd and 5 th place making it to National never in my wildest dreams did i think Id get as far as i did but it was a challenge and definitely had. Struggles along the way. With stacy knowledge and my determination working together was incredible the day of the show. She stayed by my side helped me get the coincidence i needed to get on that stage and show off what i / we worked so hard for . After the show we became greater friends and now i learned through experience the struggles of determination how anyone can do it with proper trainer and nutrition no matter how hard things got stacy said ur gonna do this ur not giving up and in the end she was right. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to do a show or just get in better shape for a happier healthier life a better tomorrow a future to enjoy !!!”
